Network size
How many kilometres you manage. Pricing is quoted per network-km per year, so a 400 km municipal network and a 4,000 km provincial one are priced on the same transparent basis.
Road types
Highway, urban, suburban, rural, and the surface mix: sealed, gravel, earth or mixed. The composition of the network shapes the capture plan and the quote.
Package & modules
Essentials, Professional or Enterprise, plus any individual modules you want on top. You pay for the capability you use, not a one-size bundle.

What equipment do we need to buy?
Just a phone, or the RoadScout device. The app runs on an Android phone with GPS, camera and accelerometer on a windshield mount. No survey vehicle, no specialist hardware beyond that.
How fast do we see results?
Under 5 minutes from the end of a trip to first results on the dashboard. Continuous capture means same-day results every day your vehicles drive, not an annual report.
How is our data secured?
Data is hosted on AWS, encrypted, and isolated per organization. Faces and number plates are anonymised automatically on upload for GDPR compliance.
Can we trial before committing?
Yes. The starter plan is built for trials: 20 km per month, 3 trips and 1 user, enough to score real roads on your own network before you buy.
Why no price list on this page?
Because per-km pricing depends on network size, road types and modules, a flat list would be wrong for most networks. Typical engagements land between $8 and 40 per km per year. Ask and we will quote yours.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every package can be extended with Integration Plus for the read-only REST API and GIS exports (Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML, CSV), so your PMS stays the system of record.
